  • the Majors All Star team could play into late August in the Little League World Series in Williamsport, PA. The provincial tournament is in North Vancouver this year, and the national tournament will be hosted by Hastings Little League.
  • the 11s tournament head coach will have to plan for and enter tournaments and set up exhibition games as there is no formal schedule for the 11s
  • the 9/10s head coach will enter the team in Districts and must be available to take the team to Provincials if they qualify
  • the Juniors All Star head coach will enter the team in Provincials and must be available to take the team to Nationals/World Series if they advance
  • the Seniors All Star head coach will enter the team in Provincials and must be available to take the team to Nationals/World Series if they advance
  • the 9s “All Star” head coach will enter the team in the Lynn Valley Invitational tournament which is held on the July long weekend as well as any other tournaments they wish to enter
  • the Super 8s head coach will enter the team in the North Vancouver Central tournament that is held in late June
  • all teams will be given the opportunity to enter other local tournaments

Selection Process

  • head coach for each post season team will be selected by Executive Committee vote
  • any Executive Committee members who are applying to coach a team, may not participate in the voting process for that team
  • the Executive Committee may solicit feedback from other coaches in your current division
  • the selected head coach will be responsible for choosing their own assistant coaches subject to Executive Committee approval
  • all players must earn their place on the team via tryout – players are not guaranteed placement on a team due to their parent coaching
